The Azerbaijan Progress Alliance election block will hold a rally meeting in Ganja in September, Chingiz Damiroglu, the founder of the block, told Trend.
According to Damiroglu, they will apply to the Executive Power of Ganja and hold a sanctioned action in one of the places to be proposed them. The rally will be dedicated to the 13th year of occupation of the Nagorno-Karabakh.
He said that the Karabakh problem had been left on the background every time on the eve of the elections. The goal of the organization was to keep the occupation fact of the 20% of Azerbaijani territory on the agenda. He did not exclude other demands during the action, as it is staged on the eve of the parliamentary elections.
