President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and the first lady Mehriban Aliyeva took part in the opening ceremony of the 5-star Hotel Excelsior, built by Ataholding in Baku on the Heydar Aliyev avenue, Trend reports.
In his speech Aliyev noted, the Hotel meets all modern requirements in terms of business and recreation. “The Hotel’s distinguishing feature is its style and the attractiveness from the architectural point of view”, said the head of the state.
Aliyev also noted, one of the priorities today is development of the non-oil sector and it is being implemented successfully. For considerable investing, according to the President, there must be belief in stability and it is available with the investors and the Azerbaijan’s public.
According to the Ataholding report, the total cost of the Hotel is $22,5 million. There are 1 Imperial - de luxe, 2 вЂ" Royal- de luxe, 4 вЂ" Crown- de luxe, 45 вЂ" heritage-standard, 9 вЂ" duke,
at the Hotel, as well as the conference hall, business-centres, restaurants and bars, health centers and etc.
The Ataholding report also notes, the Hotel’s staff of employers is 230 persons. The construction term is about 2 years and the equipment has been delivered from Turkey, USA, France, Germany and Italy. The Hotels interior is in the European style.
