The Central Election Commission (CEC) set to holding of seminars-consultations for chairmen and members of constituencies, as well as heads of polls from 1 to 10 August in accordance with President Ilham Aliyev’s 11 May 2005 decree on improvement of election practice, the CEC told Trend.
These events cover all regions of the country, where the CEC members will deliver papers on citizens’ right to nominate candidacy to the parliamentary elections in the single member constituency, registration of citizens, submission of necessary documents and their designing.
The chairmen of the election commissions will present their reports on issuing of election certificates and determination of electoral roll at the seminars as well.
The trainings at the election commissions also continue.
