COURT PROCEDURE ON HOSROV DJAVADOV’S CASE TO BE CONTINUED TOMORROW AT MNS

The court procedure on the case of Hosrov Djavadov, accused of the illegal arms possession, being a close relative to the former official of the Interior Ministry’s Criminal Investigation Department Hadji Mamedov, being currently under arrest will continue on 11 August at the Ministry of the National Security (MNS), the Lawyer of Djavadov Aydin Nazarli told Trend.

The leadership of MNS has not authorized to transfer Hadji Mamedov and his driver Rovshan Guliyev both being currently in solitary confinement to the Absheron district court for participation in the process as witnesses on the case of Hosrov Djavadov.

Therefore continuation of the court sitting is planned at MNS. As MNS is a closed structure, the presence of journalists at the court sitting will not be possible.

Head of the MNS public relations department Arif Babayev said he does not dispose of such information.
