3 more candidates of the �Independent Media-2005’ elections bloc completed collection of signatures, Trend reports. Member of the bloc Rashad Majid, the editor-in-chief of the �525th Newspaper’, completed the collection of signatures in the Agjabadi constituency 82 and will submit the signing lists to the Central Elections Commissions (CEC).
Khoshgadam Hidayatgizi, the editor-in-chief of the �Uch nogta’ (Three points), who balloted from the Agdam village constituency 119, completed the collection of signatures and will hand the signing lists in the CEC on 12 August. Akif Ashirli, the chief-in-editor of the �Sharg’ (East), balloted from the Gazakh constituency 107, conducts a campaign on collection of signatures.
The CEC has registered a candidacy of Agil Abbass, the editor-in-chief of the �Adalat’ (Justice). Asif Marzili, the editor-in-chief of the �Tazadlar’ (Contrasts), who balloted from the same constituency as Hidayatgizi the Agdam village constituency 119, completed the campaign on collection of signatures. Yunus Oguz, the head of the news agency and newspaper �Olaylar’ (Incidents) has not balloted yet.
One of the rivals on the Agdam village constituency 119 is supposed to compromise with other. Hidayatgizi said that the bloc will hold a discussion and made an appropriate decision depending on the elections. If Hidayatgizi and Marzili do not reach an agreement, the both will race till the end of the elections.
