Hearing on Karabakh partisans case in the Supreme Court will start on 30 August, chairman of the Karabkh Liberation Organization, member of the committee on partisans’ rights defense Akif Nagi told Trend.
He noted, despite the setting the hearing time, the judge is not appointed yet. Hearing of 12 partisans case will start on 30 August.
The rights of partisans will defend the lawyers Osman Kyazimov and Mubariz Garayev.
