70 people involved in kidnapping were detained, while search of 31 persons did not give results, Ramil Usubov, the Minister of Internal Affairs, told journalists.
According to Usubov, similar facts were prevented. Public Prosecutor’s Office and other law-enforcement bodies take necessary measures to reveal such crimes taken place in the country.
