Some changes will be introduced into the list of the “Yeni Azerbaijan Party” (New Azerbaijan Party”, NAP) candidates, the NAP deputy executive secretary Siyavush Novruzov told Trend. Except for the candidates of the party itself, candidates of the allied parties and the country’s well-known representatives of the intelligentsia will be supported.
NAP will nominate candidates from all the constituencies. Discussions on some constituencies, for which the candidates are not defined yet will be held at the party and the decision will be taken.
According to the NAP functionary, during the preparation of the list the issue of rivalry was in the focus of attention. However, no matter who is the rival, the ruling party will nominate its candidates from all constituencies and will support the worthy ones. В"While drawing up the list of the party, the constituencies, candidates were selected thoroughly”, Novruzov added.
