The exact date of commissioning of the Public Television and Radio (PTR). It will be on air 29 August. On the first days it will broadcast the familiarity programs. Some governmental official are expected to attend the opening ceremony of a new channel, Trend reports.
To date the coverage area of the PTR is 70% of the entire Azerbaijani territory and by the end of the year it is planned to expand it throughout the territory of the country. PTR will be transited via the 14th channel.
