Russia is interested to see fair and democratic parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan, which could lead to common agreement and stability in the society, but not chaos, Peter Burdikin, the charge-d’affaires of Russian in Azerbaijan, told Trend.
According to Burdikin, Russia takes much interest in the forthcoming parliamentary elections and Russia observes the developments out, as it is the internal affair of Azerbaijan.
Russia is eager to dispatch observers both within CIS mission and Russian mission, the diplomat noted.
