In January to July the production of the agrarian sector in the current prices comprised 4.8trln manats, or 7.4% up as compared to last year. The growth pace turned out 1.8 times up as compared to 2004.

Despite loss of 19.6h of sown area as a result of unfavorable weather in autumn-winter season of 2004, the sown area grew 33,400h (2,6%) as compared to last year
