Fuad Aliyev, the chairman of the Liberal-Democratic Party of Azerbaijan (LDPA), appealed to Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev in connection with the interference to the elections by Abdin Farzaliev, the head of the Nizami District Executive Power, Trend reports.
In his appeal the politician complained of gross violation of the presidential decree on the improvement of the elections experience, dated 11 May 2005. В"The head of the Executive Power established a group comprised of administrative bodies of the Nizami District and carries out illegal on the elections of his brother-in-law Agali Ahmadov,В" Farzaliyev said.
The LDPA leader stressed the rights of all registered candidates from the Second Nizami constituency 25, specified by the constitution and elections law, were violated.
The appeal notes the necessity for taking measures in connection with illegal actions by the Farzaliyev.
