Chairman of the Milli Mejlis Murtuz Aleskerov received a Vagf delegation of strategic and social researches of the Marmara group of Turkey headed by Akkan Suver. Aleskerov noted the high level of development of links between Azerbaijan and Turkey during the talk, Trend reports.
He also reported on the forthcoming parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan, the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict. Akkan Suver, in his turn, noted, that the goal of his visit to Azerbaijan is to assist in developing bilateral ties.
Head of the Turkish inter-parliamentary friendship group Halik Ipek noted, development of Azerbaijan generates the hope for the Azerbaijan to take a worthy place in the international arena soon.
