Yashar Jafarli, the head of the headquarters of the �Builders of Civil Society’ bloc sent an address to Ramil Usubov, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, the bloc told Trend.
Jafarli was beaten by 3 unknown people several days ago. They inflicted body injures and perpetrated pogrom in the headquarters. The address to the Ministry of Internal Affairs remained out of attention.
Therefore Jafarli personally addressed to Usubov to seek revealing and punishing of guilty persons. It was also mentioned in the address that no criminal case was filed in this regard.
