The experts of the OSCE and the Council of Europe (CE) will hold training for representative of the Azerbaijani law-enforcement bodies, Mats Lindberg, the special representative of the CE Secretary General in Azerbaijan, said to news conference on 1 September, Trend reports.
Lindberg noted that the attending will be both the policemen and the representatives of the Azerbaijani Interior Troops.
“The major goal of the training is to explain behavior of the representatives of law-enforcement bodies during the mass actions to be held in the pre-election period. The international experts will inform the participants of the training about management of people during the protest actions,” the diplomat said.
