The issue of introducing changes to some laws of the Azerbaijan Republic was discussed at the sitting of the Milli Mejlis commission on the agrarian policy on 6 September. The commission’s chairman Eldar Ibragimov reported, changes are supposed to introduce in such draft laws as “On land leasing”, “On land market”, “On management of municipal lands”, Trend reports.
According to him, these changes serve for improvement of the legislation on the use of lands of Azerbaijan. Ibragimov noted, in regard to adopting the new Civil Code and new other laws it will be more expedient to introduce changes in the laws mentioned.
