CHINESE AMB’S DIPLOMATIC TENURE COMPLETES

The diplomatic tenure of Chjan Siun, the Chinese Ambassador to Azerbaijan, will complete in October, Trend reports. According to Siun, the documents of the candidate to this post are under consideration of Azerbaijan.

Touching upon the work carried out in Baku, the diplomat noted that the number of the Chinese students in Azerbaijan reached from 1 to 180, while the volume of the Chinese investments increased from $2m to $300m. Besides, turnover between countries grew from $15m to $250m.

The Ambassador mentioned numerous mutual trips of businessmen, cultural workers and Ministers, as well as official visits of Azerbaijani President and speaker.

“28 documents have been signed between the two countries so far. We are in the stage of their implementation. Our relations cover social, political, economic, military, education, culture spheres,” he underlined.
