On Thursday Ilham Aliyev, the Azerbaijani President, signed a decree on draft and transfer to reserve of servicemen of fixed period from 1 to 20 October 2005, Trend reports.
The Azeri citizens born in 1987, as well as from 1970 to 1986 without postponement right envisaged in the legislation of Armed Forces are drafted.
The same time the soldiers, sailors and sergeants passed service life are transferred to reserve in accordance with the law on military service.
