Rovnag Abdullayev, a candidate to MP from the first Nizami Constituency #24, has appealed to the Central Elections Commission (CEC). He asked Mazahir Panahov, the chairman of the CEC, to take necessary measures and offer necessary facilities for organization of exit polls in all polling stations of the First Nizami Constituency 24 and the participation of international observers.
Abdullayev noted that forwarding the initiative he guided with the presidential decree on the improvement of elections practice.
He grounded exit polls and participation of the international observers with a necessity of ensuring the democratic elections in the constituencies, where his candidacy was registered.
