“The German Technical Support Society (GTZ) continues assistance to reforms in administrative law within the project on support of court and legal reforms in Azerbaijan. The objective of the reforms is to ensure transparency of administrative production, Trend reports.
The Special Working Group under the chairmanship of Safar Mirzayev, the head of the Milli Majlis (Parliament) Apparat, is due to design the bill on administrative production and submit it for consideration in this regard.
The GTZ experts were on visit to Baku from 12 to 18 September to discuss primary version of the document .The group will discuss the draft anew till late 2005 and submit it to the Parliament.
The GTZ experts Volker Ellenberg, the head of the Germany Justice Ministry Division of the Baden-Vurtemberg province, and Jens Deppe, the manager of the project on Central Asia, delivered reports on principles of administrative-legal system of German and administrative-legal system of German in the Azerbaijani Supreme Court.
