Ilham Aliyev, the Azerbaijani President, issued a decree on marking of the 120th jubilee of Muslim Magomayev, the famous Azerbaijani compositor.
The Culture Ministry, the National Academy of Science and the Union of Azerbaijani Compositors are charged in development of the appropriate action plan, Trend reports.
The Cabinet of Ministers is due to solve the issues aroused from the decree.
