Next meeting of the Central Election Committee (CEC) was held on Thursday. The meeting injected changes into composition of some constituency committees, defined borders of some constituencies, as well as considered appeals entered into the CEC, Trend reports.
At first the meeting made resolutions on approval of CEC protocols dated 12, 15, 23, 27 August and 2 September. Then Svetlana Gasimova, the deputy chairman of the CEC, Natig Mammadov and Vidadi Mahmudov, the secretaries of the committees, reported on injection of changes into composition of committees of Nakhichevan constituency 4, Azizbayov constituency 19, Masalli constituency 70, Goychay-Aghdash constituency 89, Ujar constituency 91, Samukh-Shamkir constituency 102, Kalbajar constituency 123.
Mammadov and Mahmudov reported on determination of borders of some constituencies. The head of Khatai district Executive Power said that new dwelling houses was put into exploitation in the territory of some constituencies in his address to the CEC. He asked to enroll names of new residents into the voters list. The head of Nizami district Executive Power touched upon the dislocation of constituencies. The meeting made resolutions on the issues.
