Janmirza Mirzayev emigrated to Holland with his family may be deported from the country due to his intention to return to Azerbaijan and collect documents in order to appeal to the European Court on Human Rights, Trend reports.
The Division on Emigrants of the Dutch Foreign Ministry laid down two terms вЂ" to remain in the country or to leave it forever. According Mirzayev, emigrant has to live here for 5 years. If he leaves the country before expiration, the status of political emigrant would be taken away.
The Committee on Protection of Mirzayev’s Rights in Baku made a decision on expediency of his staying in Holland. As to document collection, it may be carried out by the Committee, but Mirzayev did not give final reply.
It should be mentioned that Mirzayev, the former chief of High Military Marine School, was convicted of order of Eduard Husseynov’s murder for 8 years in 2000 and released after presidential pardon dated 10 May 2004. He appealed to court bodies and the European Court on Human Rights to seek for justification. Mirzayev got political refuge in Holland 1.9 years ago.
