The head of the Movement for Azerbaijan, justice general Ilgar Gasimov holds negotiations with the Russian government, the press service of the movement told Trend.
The objective of the negotiations is to stop torture and release the Azerbaijanis arrested by employees of the law-enforcement bodies of Moscow city in Dmitrov market on 21 September.
If the policemen committed the violation are not made answerable for this, the Movement for Azerbaijan will hold protest actions in Moscow.
