“It does not worth to commit revolution in the country for inexperienced activities of some officials and ministers, as revolution destroys the country,” the members of the Azerbaijan Student Movement (ASM) and the Election Movement for Karabakh (EMK) said to an event on black results of the orange revolution, jointly organized by movements on Tuesday.

Samir Beybutov, the head of the ASM, noted that it was necessary to aspire to holding of free and democratic elections in the country, not to violation of public-political stability. According to Beybutov, all democratic changes must be made peacefully. He noted that exit-polls would be held in order to ensure democratic elections. “The steps taken by the Azerbaijani President in this direction express his intention to hold democratic elections,” he added.

Masud Gamzayev, the head of the EMK, appreciated existence of 20 candidates to one deputy mandate as index of democratic election climate. According to Gamzayev, revolution generates anarchy and problems, as violates internal stability in every country. The forces came to power in Georgia and Ukraine through revolution lost their authority. The head of the organization stressed that Azerbaijan was stable country ruled by laws.

Chingiz Bayramov, the candidate of the Youth Election Bloc, noted that the most right position was prevention of unsanctioned actions and protection of public order.

According to Bayramov, holding of mass actions, calls to violate the stability through revolution doubts the fate of the parliamentary elections.
