The preliminary report of the observation mission of the Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) will be made public on Friday, 30 September, the head of the OSCE Baku office Mauricio Pavesi said in a statement on 29 September, Trend reports.
The diplomat noted the results of the last weeks observations by the international monitoring commission, particularly, the situation with ensuring the freedom of assemblies will be reflected in the document.
