LEADER OF DRP COMPLETES TOUR OF EUROPE

Asim Mollazadae, the leader of the Democratic Reforms Party (DRP), completed a tour of Europe. He attended the in a joint conference РѕРЅ РїСЂРёРЅСЏР" учасС'РёРµ РЅР° совмесС'РЅРѕР№ РєРѕРЅС"еренции of the Parliamentary Assembly of NATO and the Lithuanian parliament and the talks between the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) and Lichtenstein, Trend reports.

Mollazada delivered a paper on the situation in Belorus. Tameding the conference were representatives to the PA NATO, member of the PACE sub-committee on Belorus, Andreas Herkel, representatives of parliament, political parties and NGOs of Belorus and Lithuania. Besides, Mollazasa met with the political leaders of Belorus, including the chairman of the United Civil Party, Anatoliy Lebedk, the chairman of the Popular Front of Belorus, Vintsuk Vyacherovko, the head of the Youth movement Zubr, Vladimir Kobets, Svetlana Zavadskaya, and Irina Krosovskiy from the �Missing Families’ organization, the editor-in-chief of the newspaper �Belorus Market’, Vyacheslav Khodosovskiy, and got familiar with the situation in Belorus.

Mollazada represented the PACE Political Committee in the talks between the Assembly and parliament of Lichtenstein with the participation of the head of Lichtenstein parliament Klause Vangner, representatives of the PACE sub-committee on Lichtenstein, members of Lichtenstein parliament, heads of NGOs. It was resolved not to publicize the details until the development of a final document on Lichtenstein. They analyzed the situation in Lichtenstein after the adoption of new Constitution of the country.

On 3-7 October Mollazada will participate in the winter session of the PACE in Strasburg, France. He will speak on the fulfillment of the CE commitments by Ukraine and EU’s New Neighborhood Policy. Mollazada also plans to meet with the President of the PACE and heads of different political groups.
