DYNAMIC ON GDP CHANGE DUE TO CONSUMPTION

As of January to July 2005 the GDP calculated through the consumption method comprised 36.5trln manats, or 24.3% up as compared to the GDP ratio calculated by the State Statistics Committee through the production method Special weight of investment demand dropped from 53.1% fixed in January to July 2004 to 40.6% in 2005.

Despite stable growth of consumption its special weight fell from 43.8% in 2004 to 41.7% in 2005.

Public consumption grew both in absolute and relative prices. The expenses for purchase of goods and services rose by 46.3 as compared to 2004 and grew from 4.6% to 5% in the structure of consumption.

Domestic production anew failed to catch up the rise in demand and the most part was ensured, which caused rise in import. As a result the special weight of export in GDP grew from 0.3% in January to July 2004 to 12.3% in January to July 2005.
