“The law-defenders of the leader of the Azerbaijan National Independence Party (ANIP) will make an appeal on the sentence made b the Yasamal District Court, the ANIP leader told Trend.
The elections headquarters of Etibar Mammadov, the leader of ANIP, who was nominated from the Yasamal constituency elections court 16, appealed to the Court in connection with the interference of the Yasamal District Executive Power to the elections process on 30 September.
The Yasamal District Court did not accept an appeal by the elections headquarters of the ANIP leader. The sentence issued by Judge Farhad Agamirzayev says that only the elections commission or the state bodies can appeal to courts in connection with the violation of the requirements of the Elections Code.
Mammadov also said that the law-defenders, Fuad Agayev and Ali Alakbarov, would develop the documents on Monday and send them to the court in a week.
