The representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization (BSECO) will follow the elections in Azerbaijan, MP Shaiddin Aliyev, who participated in the meeting of the committee on culture, education and social issues, held in Saloniki city from 5 to 8 October, told Trend.
Aliyev said that during the meeting with the heads of the BSECO they discussed the parliamentary elections to be held in Azerbaijan. “The representatives have enough information about the pre-election situation. They said that they intended to observe the elections from the BSECO. I conveyed it to the speaker. Their desire was accepted with sympathy,” he underlined.
Aliyev stressed that during the meeting with MPs of Russia, Ukraine, Turkey, Greece and Georgia he discussed the parliamentary elections to be held on 6 October.
