“Next meetings of the parliament will be held from 19 to 21 October, as discussion of the bill on public budget for 2006 and bill on 11 other issues will take long time,” Murtuz Alasgarov, the speaker of the Milli Majlis (Parliament), said to a meeting, Trend reports.
According to Alasgarov, the bills represent great importance for Azerbaijan. Therefore, it is necessary to put off their discussion for the meetings to be held next week.
Alasgarov congratulated the Azerbaijani President on Independence Day, which will be marked on 18 October, on behalf of all MPs.
