In case of any confrontation on 17 October around the Heydar Aliyev airport the responsibility will be held by the Azadlig block, the press service spokesman of the Azerbaijan’s Interior Ministry Ehsan Zahidov told Trend.
According to Zahidov, for averting the scheduled illegal action of the Azadlig alliance a sufficient number of police forces has been involved. It is reckless to hold any action at the airport as a strategic object and it will be resolutely prevented. В"In this regard, the Azadlig block has been warned, in case of any confrontation they will bear the whole responsibility”.
As for the arrest of Rasul Guliyev, it will occur legally. В"The court ruling as preventive punishment is the arrest and he is internationally wanted on charges in misappropriation of over $117 funds during his being director of the Azerneftyag Oil Refinery, as well as committing crimes against official interests. As soon as he leaves the board of the aircraft he will be produced a sanction of the Azerbaijan’s Prosecutor General’s office for his arrest and it will be implemented”, Zahidov said.
