“Japan plans to continue social projects aimed at development of social spheres in Azerbaijan,” Tadakhiro Abe, the Japanese Ambassador to Azerbaijan, told Trend.
According to Abe, implementation of the social projects is underway. The Japanese government implements the projects on construction of new gas devices, power stations, irrigation, as well as reconstruction of hospitals, development of agriculture.
Japan plans to allocate $ 619m to development of education. “I hope that the projects will serve to increase of social level,” he added.
