Over 400 people recalled their candidacies voluntarily from participating in the parliamentary elections, CEC told Trend.
2063 candidates have been registered by the constituency commissions. Later CEC cancelled 6 candidatures. The time has expired, when candidates could recall their candidacies in line with the law. The number of the remaining candidates is being specified currently at the constituency commissions. The data will be submitted to CEC. By the preliminary data, the number of candidates reduced to 1660. CEC said, the figure is not final. On 28 October all data will be collected and the exact figure will be known.
