2500 ultraviolet lamps and 8,000 balloons with transparent ink delivered from Denmark to Azerbaijan

2500 pieces of ultraviolet lamps and 8,000 balloons with transparent sink has been delivered on 31 October to Azerbaijan from Denmark, the head of the international ties department of the Azerbaijan’s Central Election Committee (CEC) Rovzat Gasimov told Trend.

After the relevant instruction by the Azerbaijan’ President Ilham Aliyev CEC made a decision for the voters’ fingers inking on the elections day. Due to application of this method, ink has been ordered in Georgia and Denmark. At first CEC of Georgia sent 3000 balloons of ink with the same number of the relevant devices for reading the ink. However, Gasimov noted, that totally 5500 balloons of ink and devices are required, to which end talks with Denmark were held. He also said, the ink and the ultraviolet lamps have been accepted by the CEC representatives at the airport under his guidance.
