“The Baku Executive Power did not sanction the rally of �Azadlig’ (Freedom) election bloc in Nariman Narimanov park on 4 November,” Zaur Ramazanov, the chief of the Public-Politic Division of the Executive Power, told Trend.
He reported that holding of the rally in Nariman Narimanov park by the bloc was inexpedient. The authoraties proposed 4 routes to the bloc: the stadium of Azerneftyag PA, the circle near oil refainery plant, the Ukrainian circle and the Motodrom.
The Baku Executive Power also considered address of the Azerbaijan Liberal Party and sanctioned the meeting with electors at front of Tabriz cinema on 3 November from 16.00pm to 18.00pm.
