“The Military Prosecutor will determine the order of issuing of military ranks to the people serving in the Military Prosecutor Office, as well as their resignation and transfer to reserve,” Afrahim Tahmazov, the Assistant of the Military Prosecutor, told Trend.
Military rank will be determined by the Military Prosecutor and unify it with the Prosecutor General.
Tahmazov also noted that as the law had come into force recently, there was no similar fact.
