The employee of the CE Venice Commission (VC) Elections and Referendums, Sergei Kuznetsov will arrive in Baku soon to participate in the monitoring of the parliamentary elections scheduled for 6 November, the Information Office of the CE in Baku told Trend.
The visit is supposed to start on 5 November and have special meaning in estimation of the final conclusion on the Azerbaijani Elections Code publicized by the VC and the OSCE/ODHIR on 31 October.
The final conclusion was adopted at the 64th plenary session of the VC before the 25 October 2005 presidential decree on urgent measures related to preparations and holding of the parliamentary elections.
