Foreign Ministry of Rumania sent its representatives to Azerbaijan for monitoring the elections, the Embassy of Rumania to Azerbaijan told Trend.
Three officials of FM arrived on 2 November to Azerbaijan and set to work. From 3 to 5 November a delegation comprised of the FM advisor, two deputies of the Parliament and a senator will arrive in Azerbaijan. The observers will work as members of the OSCE mission.
