Allahyar Eyyubov and Beybala Abil balloting from Karabakh constituency 11, whose candidacy was removed, addressed to the Supreme Court in this regard, Trend reports.
Their candidacy was removed at the sitting of the Supreme Court on 31 October.
The applications of the both candidates, spread on Wednesday, says that their candidacy was removed illegally on the base of order. The both candidates allege that they will struggle to restore their rights and if the Supreme Court does not cancel the sentence, they will address to the European Court on Human Rights.
