The constituency committee of Balakan constituency в"- 109 applied to the Court of Appeals for canceling of the candidacy of Osman Dyunduz, Gyunduz told Trend.
He noted, the Court of Appeals sent a telegram, which reads, that the constituency brought a suit. The grounds for the legal process were complaints from the part of other candidates, accusing Gyunduz of grafting the electors.
Consideration of the complaint will start at 11.00 on 3 November under the chairmanship of the judge Salman Babayev. The lawyer of Gyunduz is Natik Abdullayev.
