“The CIS Observation Mission has not fixed any violation over the first 3 hours of the poll for parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan,” Anatoliy Lizuro, the deputy head of the CIS observation mission, told Trend.
CIS observers are active in all 125 constituencies, he noted. At present the collection of data is underway, while the first results will be publicized after the noon, Lizuro announced.
Meanwhile, Vladimir Rushaylo, the head of the CIS observation mission, said that during the day he would observe the polling in the elections stations organized in Baku.
