The Central Police Department of Baku has not received information on negative milestones during the polls which started on Sunday (6 November) at 8.00am [local time], Yashar Aliyev, the deputy head of the Central Police Department of Baku, told Trend.
According to Aliyev, the police were fully instructed in connection with the elections. “We set up our activities in way that case any violation is fixed it would be prevented without attracting the voters’ attention, as it might impede the polls. We will have operative information about any provocations and conflict, if they evolve,” Aliyev underlined.
