“Azerbaijan will be represented at the ceremony on the 2nd anniversary of the Georgian rose revolution by Elmar Mammadyarov, the Foreign Minister,” Tahir Tagizada, the head of the Press and Information Policy Division of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, told Trend.
According to Tagizada, the Minister will leave off to Tbilisi on 23 November to participate in solemn events. The Minister will hold some meetings with Georgia officials and foreign delegates arrived in the country.
