The name of the general secretary of the National Independence Party of Azerbaijan (NIPA) will be known till 15 December, the NIPA chairman’s advisor Aflatun Guliyev told Trend.
He noted, everything will depend on the presentation of the party’s chairman. “His presentation must be approved by the Central Board, which is authorized to convene the political council. The political council will consider not only the issue of general secretary election, other issues as well”, Guliyev said.
