"My trainer thinks that I preformed well with a ribbon for the second straight week. On the eve of the Azerbaijani championship (June 4-5), I got in good shape and was ready for the second time to defend the title of champion in the country. However, I will go to Yaroslavl for a couple of days.

There will be a show. I was invited to perform there.

Participation in different kinds of shows, especially the International Festival of Rhythmic Gymnastics Alina-2010 in Moscow, gave Azerbaijani team confidence. They successfully performed at the Moscow carpet and at the World Cup in Minsk. Gymnasts ranked fourth with a rope and ribbons, and fifth with hoops. Here, Belarusian gymnasts won.

As to Azerbaijani gymnasts, Anna Gurbanova demonstrated the best result in the finals with a rope and a ball. She ranked sixth. She ranked seventh with a ribbon, and eighth with a hoop. Samira Mustafayev and Dina Gorina performed in Minsk during the non-competition program.
