The website of ASAN service centers (www.asan.gov.az) created by the State Agency for the provision of services to citizens and social innovation under the President of Azerbaijan, has been launched.
Sections such as "Asan services", "Online queue", "Call" center, "Online contact", "Useful Information", "Self service," "Offsite Service", "E-Asan" and "Contact us" have been introduced on the website.
Under the "Asan services" section, citizens are introduced to the types of services rendered by ASAN Service created by the State Agency for Services to Citizens and Social Innovations under the President of Azerbaijan.
Through the "Online queue" section, users may take turns using services provided by ASAN Service centers. The "Online queue" system starts operating on January 15, 2013.
Via the "call" center the citizen can acquire information about services, required documents for applications, take a queue and give suggestions regarding the action of Centers by means of telephone and internet.
All calls from fixed telephones (house, office) from any region of the Republic to "108" as well as services provided via Call center are free of charge.
Self-service means an opportunity for citizens to use all types of electronic services by means of computers with permanent Internet access in the Centre. Citizens who don't have computers can use the permanent open internet provided at ASAN service centers for usage of existing electronic means. Citizens who have difficulties using the web-sites through the state entities can seek help of ASAN service employees as well.
Through the "Online Contact" section, citizens can submit complaints related to people working in the structure.
Further, in the other sections, citizens can obtain information about State Agency for Services to Citizens and Social Innovations under the President of Azerbaijan, relevant legislation, as well as the necessary information on other structures.
ASAN service centers ensure unified and coordinated provision of services rendered by government agencies.
