Richard L. Morningstar, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United States of America to the Republic of Azerbaijan, has received the executives of the Caspian-European Integration Business Club (CEIBC) and Caspian Energy International Media Group.
During the meeting Ambassador Richard L. Morningstar provided the exclusive interview to Caspian Energy journal. The interview will be published in the next issue of Caspian Energy journal.
