On 7 April, 2013 squash training was held for journalists at "Aura" Wellness Centre of "Excelsior Hotel Baku". Tahir Namazov, professional squash trainer of "Aura" led the training session. About 10 journalists participated in the competition after the training. The winners of competition were given a gift certificate of "Aura" Wellness Centre.

Director of Operations Kemal Diler said that, this is a racket game, an addition to tennis and badminton. Squash can be played by two people or two pairs. So far, squash is one of the most influential and popular sports. While playing squash in indoor court the ball should be hit to the wall to mislead the opponent and make it impossible for the second player to return after the former. Squash is different from other type of sports and unlike tennis it demands 2-3 times more energy.

Therefore, positive effect on cardio respiratory functions of human body can be ascribed among the benefits of squash. This game improves stamina and coordination of movements. Therefore, squash is the game of those who the wants active relaxation loses weight, or just want to enjoy the game.
