Rafiq Bayramov was appointed head of the Azerbaijan Culture and Tourism Ministry's office upon the order of Culture and Tourism Minister Abulfaz Garayev, the ministry told Trend on July 24.
Rafiq Bayramov was born in 1972. He graduated from the historical faculty of Baku State University with honours. He has worked as assistant Minister of Culture and Tourism of Azerbaijan since 2006.
He was awarded with the medal "For distinction in public service" upon the Azerbaijani president's order in 2011.
Former chief of the office of the Culture and Tourism Ministry Firudin Gurbanov was appointed Deputy Minister of Education upon the presidential decree dated July 18.
